Executive Assistant Manager

· Coordinate functions and activities with the Director of Operations, regional, area and corporate colleagues as appropriated.

· Participate in conducting weekly inspections and ensure physical facilities are kept in optimal condition by full implementations of preventive maintenance programs and plan and manage the FF&E as directed by the Director of Operations(cluster).

· Ensure emergency procedures are practiced and enforced to provide security and safety for guests and colleagues.

· Monitor applicable laws and regulations, including health and safety and ensure compliance.

· Establish and maintain effective internal communication and meeting structures to ensure optimum teamwork and productivity.

· Assure full responsibilities in the absence of the Director of Operations (cluster) as appropriate and keep Director of Operations(cluster) informed of any unforeseen events.

· Continuously practice elevating the property to a 5-star international standard, including training staff, implementing International hospitality standards and setting targets to achieve this goal.

· Experience in the same role or with fundamental hotel operation background within a similar market segment.

· Good computer literate with effective and outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Fluent spoken and written English is required.
