Mô tả công việc
• Prepare expenses for ENT and Taxi.
Chuẩn bị chi phí cho giải trí và Taxi.
• Prepare statement for business trip and event, memo for voucher.
Chuẩn bị sao kê cho chuyến công tác và sự kiện, bản ghi nhớ cho chứng từ.
• Consolidating report from sales person
Báo cáo tổng hợp từ nhân viên kinh doanh
• Prepare contract and proposal to support sales
Soạn thảo hợp đồng và đề xuất hỗ trợ bán hàng
• Recording Training every week.
Ghi âm đào tạo mỗi tuần.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity or minimum 2 years of experience in the area of guest services/tele-marketing
• High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of business acumen
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant financial and accounting reporting systems
