Thực hiện việc giám sát hoạt động bộ phận tiền sảnh của khách sạn, chịu trách nhiệm như là một FOM khi trưởng bộ phận vắng mặt tại sảnh, đảm bảo các vị trí làm việc đúng quy trình, hiệu quả/ Carry out the supervision of the operation at lobby, take responsibility as an FOM when the HOD is absent from the lobby, ensuring the correct and efficient working positions
Trực tiếp chào đón khách VIP, khách đoàn đến lưu trú tại khách sạn theo nghi thức phù hợp/ Directly welcome VIP guests, delegation guests to stay at the hotel according to the appropriate ceremony
Tiếp nhận các yêu cầu, khiếu nại của khách hàng và phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan đáp ứng, giải quyết nhanh nhất để khách hài lòng/ Receiving customer requests, complaints and coordinating with relevant departments to respond and resolve them as quickly as possible to satisfy customers
Trước và sau mỗi ca làm việc, họp bàn giao với quản lý trực ca khác về những vấn đề đặc biệt xảy ra trong ca làm việc/ Before and after each shift, handover meeting with other duty managers about special problems occurring during the shift
Thực hiện đào tạo cho nhân viên cấp dưới về quy trình, hệ thống, chuyên môn và tư duy dịch vụ/ Conduct training for staff on processes, systems, expertise and service thinking
Thực hiện các công việc khác khi được cấp trên yêu cầu/ Do other work when requested by superiors.
