1. Công việc chuẩn bị/ Preparation

Kiểm tra, giám sát việc chuẩn bị nguyên liệu/ Inspection and supervision of the preperation for raw materials
Thực hiện đề xuất mua bán hàng hóa theo quy định/ Implemeting the proposal to buy and sell goods as prescribed

2. Tiêu chuẩn phục vụ/ Service standards

Kiểm tra và giám sát chất lượng, tốc độ món ăn phục vụ khách theo tiêu chuẩn của khách sạn/ Check and supervise food's quality and time of serving to customer
Kiểm tra, giám sát việc tuân thủ thực đơn, recipe/ Checking and monitoring menu, recipe

3. Vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm/ Food hygiene and safety

Kiểm tra và giám sát duy trì tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm (ISO 22000)/ Inspection and supervision of food hygiene and safety standards (ISO 22000)
Kiểm tra việc lưu, hủy mẫu thực phẩm/ Checking the storage and cancellation of foods samples

4. Chế biến món ăn/ Food preparation

Kiểm tra và giám sát việc chế biến món ăn, thử món trước khi phục vụ khách/ Checking and supervising the preparation of dishes, try the dish before serving guests
Trực tiếp chế biến món ăn khi có yêu cầu/ Directly prepare the dish when required

5. Các việc khác/ Other things

Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên/ Perform other tasks as per request of superiors
Luôn tuân theo các quy định chung của khách sạn/ Always follow the general rules of the hotel
