- Graduated in College / University and/have working experiences at the same level in 04 -05 stars Hotel/Resorts/ Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng, Đại học và có kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương tại các khách sạn/khu nghỉ dưỡng 4-5 sao

- Can communicate in English very well/ Tiếng Anh tốt

- Good communication, leadership, management and teamwork Skills./ Kỹ năng giao tiếp, lãnh đạo, quản lý và làm việc nhóm tốt
