Marketing Communication Intern

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan promotions for accommodation packages, housing, food & beverage packages, restaurants & bars, MICE packages, wedding packages and spa packages based on approved budgets
• Support communication with the media to give out news, promotional packages
• Collaborate with department to create news/story on social media channels
• Implement promotional campaigns/special offers such as: signing advertising contracts, writing advertisements, creating brochures/standees....
• Coordinate with Purchasing Department to select suitable suppliers to propose to management
• Support Management to make reports after each project
• Coordinate with Graphic Artist and other Departments to come up with ideas and setup for photo sessions
• Prepare Press Release
• Test and market research
• Support the manager and the Sales Department when dealing with guest complaints related to the hotel's services/products
• Process & manage vouchers including recording, filling, issuing vouchers...
• Assist to ensure brand compliance for the hotel, especially when it comes to brand review
• Manage and update hotel database (customer database)

• Working hour: 8.30 am – 5.30 pm, including lunch break, from Monday to Friday
• Good command of English
• Knowledge in MS Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint…)
• Logical and critical thinking skills
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Priority will be given to students with a major in Marketing
• Candidates with ability to design preferred
