2. Guest Satisfaction & Complaint Resolution/ Hài lòng của khách & Giải quyết phàn nàn
Deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Cung cấp dịch vụ nhất quán, chất lượng cao.
Handle complaints promptly and escalate when necessary.
Xử lý khiếu nại kịp thời và chuyển tiếp lên cấp trên khi cần thiết.
3. Relationship Management/ Quản lý mối quan hệ với khách
Build rapport with regular guests and local patrons.
Xây dựng mối quan hệ thân thiết với khách quen và khách địa phương.
Recognize and personalize service for returning guests.
Nhận diện và cá nhân hóa trải nghiệm cho khách quay lại.
4. Facility Supervision/ Giám sát khu vực tiện ích
Oversee operations of the Kidclub, Game Zone, Playground, Teambuilidng, Mini-golf, Fitness Room and Swimming Pool.
Giám sát hoạt động tại phòng Khu trò chơi trẻ em, Khu Game, Sân chơi, Sân Teambuilding, Mini Golf, Phòng Gym và hồ bơi.
Monitor equipment usage and guest safety.
Theo dõi việc sử dụng thiết bị và đảm bảo an toàn cho khách.
Supervise lifeguards and safety protocols.
Giám sát nhân viên cứu hộ và các quy trình an toàn.
5. Cleanliness & Maintenance/ Vệ sinh và bảo trì
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
Đảm bảo các tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh được duy trì.
Conduct regular equipment checks and keep records.
Kiểm tra thiết bị thường xuyên và ghi chép đầy đủ.
6. Safety & Compliance / An toàn và tuân thủ
Follow fire, health, and safety procedures.
Tuân thủ các quy trình về phòng cháy, sức khỏe và an toàn.
Log all incidents and accidents properly.
Ghi nhận đầy đủ các sự cố và tai nạn theo quy định.
7. Administrative & Operational Support/ Hỗ trợ hành chính & vận hành
Handle guest reservations and enquiries.
Xử lý đặt chỗ và yêu cầu từ khách.
Check supplies and ensure quality upon delivery.
Kiểm tra số lượng và chất lượng vật tư nhận vào.
Support training implementation.
Hỗ trợ triển khai các chương trình đào tạo.
8. Teamwork & Development / Làm việc nhóm & Phát triển
Promote teamwork and provide honest feedback.
Khuyến khích tinh thần đồng đội và phản hồi trung thực.
Participate in training outside regular hours if required.
Sẵn sàng tham gia đào tạo ngoài giờ khi cần thiết.
9. Sales & Revenue Contribution/ Đóng góp doanh thu
Promote resort services and merchandise.
Quảng bá sản phẩm và dịch vụ của khu nghỉ dưỡng.
Upsell activities to maximize guest spending.
Tăng doanh thu bằng cách giới thiệu thêm dịch vụ phù hợp.
10. Additional Duties/ Nhiệm vụ khác
Perform tasks assigned by management.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của quản lý.
Uphold resort standards and ensure a safe environment.
Tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn và quy định của khu nghỉ dưỡng, đảm bảo môi trường an toàn.

Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
Kỹ năng tổ chức, giao tiếp và hành chính xuất sắc.
Has knowledge of English or other languages (advantage).
Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh hoặc ngoại ngữ khác là một lợi thế.
Experience in recreation or hospitality/tourism/resort environments preferred.
Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong ngành giải trí hoặc khách sạn, du lịch, nghỉ dưỡng.
Communicates naturally, politely, and professionally with guests.

Willing and able to work in rotating shifts.
