Mô tả công việc

- To be fully responsible for the smooth and efficient function of the Residence Club in the working shift and report to Senior Supervisor/ Manager.

- To ensure guests’ needs are met and exceeded for all Guests using the Residence Club and to be proactive in ensuring every Guest is satisfied.

- Check daily all guests list at Residence Club and conduct daily briefing with staff concerning VIP guests, Residence Club guests, current status and general information.

- Be responsible for serving food and drinks in the lounge.

- Do check in/ check out for guests in professional manner and to hotel standards.

- To assist our guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all Front Office related functions.

- To maintain Hotel’s high standard of hospitality at all times.

- Have thorough knowledge of all Front Office operations.

- Be mainly in charge of handling guest concerns, issues during their stay with the hotel

Yêu cầu công việc

- Good in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken

- Hotel management college diploma or certificate of culinary

- Customer - oriented, customer relationship skills
