Officer, Control Room & Access

• Perform Control Room daily operations with high integrity and efficiency
• Monitor CCTV during the shift and report any unusual activity to line manager
• Ensure compliance with all regulations in terms of Control Room Operations
• Administration of Security Access Control System's user accounts and conducts periodical review with respective Departments pertaining to use to role and role to function.
• Ensure Security officers and Control Room operators and Unarmed Outsourced Security officers align with Security Control Room operation procedures respectively.
• Conduct training for new joiners as well as periodic refresher training.
• Ensure proper documentation is performed with easy retrieval whenever audit requires.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
  
• Proven experience as Control Room Officer or relevant position
• Knowledge of Security Operations and Fire Procedures
• Must have integrity and professionalism
• Must be able to work any shift including weekend, night and holidays; and/or work extended hours if required
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English and Vietnamese
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with operating Security equipment and system
