Mô tả công việc

- Reports to Executive Chef on matters related to the Department’s operation

- Provides administrative support to the Sous Chefs and ensures the implementation of Hotel policies, standards and procedures as they apply to the administrative functions, when required

- Prepares the relevant materials for all meetings attended by the Executive Chef

- Ensures that the Food & Beverage’s promotion programs are updated at set scheduled to all concerned
