MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES | TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH

• Ensure optimal performance of maintenance operation and services | Đảm bảo hiệu suất vận hành tối ưu của các hoạt động và dịch vụ bảo trì:

• Ensure that the Hotel and it’s facilities meet health and safety requirements and comply with legislation | Đảm bảo Khách sạn và các cơ sở vật chất đáp ứng các yêu cầu về sức khỏe, an toàn lao động và tuân thủ các quy định pháp luật hiện hành.

• Supervise the upholding of company policy and procedures to ensure the safety, security and welfare of guests and staff. | Giám sát việc thực hiện các chính sách và quy trình của công ty nhằm đảm bảo an toàn, an ninh và phúc lợi của khách hàng cùng nhân viên.

• Preparing documents to put out tenders for contractors | Chuẩn bị các tài liệu, hồ sơ để tổ chức đấu thầu lựa chọn nhà thầu.

• Project management, supervising and coordinating work of contractors to ensure completion of work assigned and follow up on any deficiencies | Quản lý dự án, giám sát và phối hợp công việc của các nhà thầu nhằm đảm bảo hoàn thành các hạng mục được giao và xử lý các sai sót phát sinh.

• Calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money | Tính toán và so sánh chi phí của các hàng hóa hoặc dịch vụ yêu cầu nhằm đạt được giá trị tối đa trên chi phí bỏ ra.

• Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences | Ứng phó kịp thời và phù hợp với các tình huống khẩn cấp hoặc các vấn đề cấp bách phát sinh, đồng thời giải quyết các hậu quả liên quan.

• Ensure compliance to standards for maintenance and repairs of furniture, fixtures and equipment. | Đảm bảo tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn bảo trì và sửa chữa đồ nội thất, đồ đạc cố định và trang thiết bị (FF&E).

• Identify, initiate and be responsible for special projects, treatments and repairs. | Xác định, khởi xướng và chịu trách nhiệm về các dự án đặc biệt, các biện pháp xử lý kỹ thuật và hoạt động sửa chữa.

• Optimize manpower, performances, usage of operating equipment, supplies and services through analysis of effective work techniques.| Tối ưu hóa nhân lực, hiệu suất, việc sử dụng trang thiết bị vận hành, vật tư và dịch vụ thông qua việc phân tích các kỹ thuật làm việc hiệu quả.

• Simplify work techniques, update new techniques, supplies and equipment, increasing efficiency and the maintenance of operational readiness of equipment and supplies. | Đơn giản hóa các kỹ thuật làm việc, cập nhật các công nghệ, vật tư và thiết bị mới nhằm nâng cao hiệu suất và duy trì trạng thái sẵn sàng vận hành của trang thiết bị và vật tư.

• Liaise with other departments to achieve Residents’ satisfaction and comfort. | Phối hợp với các phòng ban khác để đạt được sự hài lòng và tiện nghi tối đa cho Cư dân/Khách lưu trú.

• Perform checks on hardware, software, and physical systems to guarantee reliability and safety of the guests and employee | Thực hiện kiểm tra phần cứng, phần mềm và hệ thống vật lý để đảm bảo độ tin cậy và an toàn của khách và nhân viên.

Other Responsibilities

• Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures

• Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times

• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management

• Report for duty on time wearing clean and complete uniform at all times

• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times

• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel

• Good writing skills

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities

• Strong Leadership skills in managing teams to drive for results

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent

• 5 years of engineering experience with 3 year in a management capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
