  • Understanding of Marriott International and JW Marriott corporate & photography guideline
  • Answer office phones when duties not available. Respond to all sales & marketing inquiries accurately, timely and in a professional manner
  • Execute marketing activities that are integrated into the overall plan with a focus on growing the brand and nurturing the company's business objectives, including but not limited to press, social media, digital, and contributes to compelling storytelling for company initiatives
  • Identify and analyses market trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights including expenditures and results achieved, in order to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop media contacts and a public relations program for the resort based on its marketing goals. Acts as resort’s liaison with media to promote good publicity and counteract bad publicity, in targeting specific markets and developing the public relations strategies to reach these markets
  • Create written plans for new marketing initiatives, including budget allocation, message development, creative direction, target audiences, timelines, and / or other related issues
  • Track and report the overall performance of various campaigns, media clippings and social media platforms monthly and quarterly. Provide recommendations for ongoing adjustments
  • Assist in the creation of visual elements such as illustrations and video to help deliver a message and drive awareness traffic for both online and offline
  • Increase influencer partnerships (media / kol / celebrity) in order to enhance brand values and long-term relationship to the resort
  • Incorporate global / regional / cluster brand marketing objectives and programs into the resort plans, when appropriate (i.e. brand voice, participation in any required global brand marketing activities)
  • Execute photo / video shooting supplier throughout their execution at our resort; working with other operation teams for preproduction arrangement
  • Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of an organization’s marketing department, including training and overseeing their work
  • Coordinate with outside vendors who help create and distribute marketing materials such as buying media or advertising agencies
  • And any other requests per management

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or Journalism, Business Management and / or Hotel / Tourism Management
  • Marketing / Communication and Digital savvy
  • Creative mindset on content creation, guest experiences to enhance brand positioning and commercial performance
  • Experience marketing through various channels: press, content creation, social media, influencer marketing, etc.
  • Minimum three (03) years of progressively responsible experience in managing marketing and communication activities of the hospitality industry / or marketing field, including one (01) year of supervisory experience is required
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Proficient in the use of Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / Canva / InDesign / Lightroom
  • Understanding of Photography, Videography
  • Professional writing & spoken skills in Vietnamese and English. Any other language is a plus but not mandatory
  • A strong attention to detail and pride in self-work
