Mô tả công việc

1. Welcome, meet, greet and escort arriving VIPs and Club Floor guests upon check-in and as many other guests as possible upon arrival and escort them to their rooms/ suites.

2. Serve as the main point of contact for all VIPs and long staying guests, and engage them frequently, offer assistance wherever due. Ensure daily courtesy calls to VIPs, and long stay guests are made. Ensure hotel departments are fully briefed on their requirements.

3. Perform room inspection for expected arrival of VIPs and Club Floor guests accordingly. Special attention is given to repeat guests who have preferences.

4. Cultivate and maintain a close relationship with all hotel guests, more so to the regular guests and all VIPs to ensure they are well taken care of and coordinate with all departments to maintain high standard and level of guest services.

5. Inform Guest Relations Manager / Duty Manager of any last minute VIPs whenever necessary.

6. Bid farewell to all VIPs and long stay guests and obtain guests’ feedback, compile them to Guest Relations Manager for reviews.

7. Coordinate with Housekeeping and Food & Beverage for amenities set up and special arrangement for next day’s arriving VIPs and Club Floor guests and ensure that they are placed / sent to the room.

8. Work closely with Concierge/Bell Services to ensure VIPs and Club Floor Guests luggage’s are delivered and collected promptly.

9. Assist Front Desk with check-in and check-out at the counter when necessary.

10. Obtain and record guest comments in the Guest Relations Reports. Update history and profile in the Opera system.

11. Manage records and resolve Guest complaints effectively. Report all complaints to Guest Relations Manager / Duty Manager.

12. Read briefing notes, log book daily (for all opera users) and notice board for the latest news and follow-up.

13. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all facilities and services provided within the hotel and identify opportunities for up-selling accommodations to optimize the revenue and occupancy.

14. Project good impression and maintain work professionalism at all times through immaculate appearance and manner. Maintain appropriate standards, code of conduct, hygiene, uniform, appearance and posture. Check on staff grooming and maintain counter discipline.

15. Perform other tasks assigned by Guest Relations Manager and Upper Management

Yêu cầu công việc

1. One year experience in a similar role in Guest Service in upscale hotels preferred.

2. Diploma in Hotel Management or related field, and Bachelor’s degree preferred.

3. Excellent command of English and Vietnamese.

4. Ability to speak Korean/ Chinese/ Japanese as an advantage.

5. Passion for service excellence.

6. Ability to work shifts and under pressure.
