- To make preparation of necessary documents, to provide food in system order to transfer and activity of kitchen operation
- Prepare correspondence, reports and materials for.
- Prepare and mail checks
- Arranging meeting, taking minutes and keeping notes.
- Liaising with members of staff in other departments or external contacts.
- Maintain and control F & B Production Staff Duty Roster weekly, Compensation Leave Report per month to Human Resource.
- Answer telephone, take messages.
- Translation of office document into a foreign language of a commercial partner
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and dry food from General store
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, mailing and printing
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
- Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet.
- Prepare in advance all the tasks (documents of training)
- Other duties as assigned.

o Diploma/ certificate in Hotel Management or Business Administration preferred
o 2-3 year experience on the same position with proven track records
o Well-organizing skills
