Reports To: Green Bay Experience Manager/ Front Office Manager

Create meaningful moments of delight for every guest, thoughtfully surprising them with sincere gestures that reflect the warmth and tranquility of Green Bay Phu Quoc.

Develop in-depth knowledge of the resort’s experiences and the natural beauty of Phu Quoc Island, enabling you to craft personalized recommendations that connect guests with the island’s authentic charm and create truly memorable stays.

Connect with guests or their representatives prior to arrival to understand their preferences, expectations, and special requests. Through attentive communication via email or phone, ensure a seamless and well-prepared arrival experience.

Review arrival details carefully and coordinate VIP amenities with Housekeeping and Culinary teams in accordance with established standards. Maintain accurate records to support operational excellence and financial procedures.

Study each guest profile in advance to thoughtfully prepare room assignments and personalized touches, ensuring every accommodation becomes a private sanctuary in harmony with nature.

Curate bespoke itineraries tailored to the guest’s purpose of travel, length of stay, and personal interests. Present recommendations with care and flexibility, refining them to perfectly match individual desires.

Collaborate closely with all operational departments to deliver a seamless and harmonious guest journey, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the resort’s commitment to elegance, authenticity, and attentive service.

Respect and safeguard guest privacy with the utmost discretion and professionalism, upholding confidentiality in accordance with resort policies and the laws of Vietnam.
