Engineering Supervisor | Giám Sát Kĩ Thuật

• To perform all technician duties in accordance with the Job Description and Hotel Policies and Procedures.
• To follow up the implementation and recommend solutions to save energy in the hotel in order to reduce energy consumption and to improve economic efficiency. Recommend ideas for technical innovation.
• Makes preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment in the mechanical plant as well as for that of other departments such as laundry, kitchen, swimming pool, etc.
• Complete preventative maintenance schedules for equipment in the major plant including chillers, cooling towers, air conditioning units and fans, pumps, automatic control systems, etc.
• Ensures that all equipment is operated effectively by directing and supervising the operation of all running equipment.
• Assign work tasks for Technicians, support, and check to make sure work has been done properly and efficiently.
• Taking the responsibility of operation for all major equipment as: chiller, cooling tower, boiler, heat pump, generator, electrical system, ventilation system, water supply and wastewater treatment plan, swimming pool etc.
• Control and ensure adequate supplies, tools for maintenance, maintenance of equipment and systems under their management, supervision without interruption in repair work.
• Follow up contracted works, make sure contractors/ suppliers follow our instructions, rules and regulations during their works in the property.
• Make sure workplace area are tidy and clean.
• Ensure all utilities meter reading are taken daily and Review energy consumption to indentify any abnormality. Monitor and communicate when consumption exceed daily estimated consumption with solution & recommendations.
• Interact and cooperate with other departments when necessary to provide additional or specialized services.
• Support other supervisors and technicians at peak times; undertake any operational duties to ensure guest expectation is met.
• Conduct administrative documents needed as to ensure improvement in service quality and operation efficiency.

1. Knowledge & Experience/Kiến thức và kinh nghiệm.

 Bằng cử nhân/ Cao đẳng/ các bằng cấp tương đương có liên quan đến lĩnh vực kỹ thuật
Bachelor’s degree/ higher education, qualification/equivalent in Engineering Field
 Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí giám sát bảo trì hoặc ở vị trí tương đương và có kiến thức trong việc quản lý hệ thống tòa nhà.
Minimum 2-year experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role strong technical knowledge of all building systems.
 Kỹ năng tiếng Anh là một lợi thế.
English communication skill is an advantage.
 Sử dụng khá Excel, Word và Power point.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
