Mô tả công việc

About the Role:
  • Provide support and clerical expertise to People & Culture Department and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum employee, applicant or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. Depending on your experience and strengths, you will focus on either Compensation & Benefits (C&B) or Talent Acquisition, helping to deliver an exceptional employee experience and support the resort's talent needs.
What You Will Do:
  • Support key P&C operations in either Recruitment or Compensation & Benefits.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
  • Assist with payroll administration, employee benefits, P&C documentation, and records management.
  • Ensure P&C processes are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with company policies.
  • Provide professional support to employees and internal stakeholders on P&C-related matters.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR, Recruitment, C&B, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Good English communication skills.
