Fixed Asset Supervisor | Giám sát tài sản cố định

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Ensure asset management is in compliance with company policies and Vietnamese government regulations. All assets must be properly controlled both in documentation/system and through physical verification. Ensure depreciation expenses are calculated accurately and recorded in a timely manner.

Đảm bảo việc quản lý tài sản tuân thủ các chính sách của công ty và quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam. Tất cả tài sản phải được kiểm soát đầy đủ cả trên hồ sơ/hệ thống và kiểm kê thực tế. Đảm bảo chi phí khấu hao được tính toán chính xác và ghi nhận kịp thời.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor asset ordering, purchasing, receiving, storage, and distribution processes.

Theo dõi quá trình đặt hàng, mua sắm, tiếp nhận, lưu kho và phân phối tài sản.

• Maintain the asset register and manage fixed assets through the fixed asset management system.

Quản lý sổ đăng ký tài sản và theo dõi tài sản cố định thông qua hệ thống quản lý tài sản.

• Ensure proper fixed asset labeling, conduct regular inspections, and perform periodic inventory checks.

Đảm bảo việc dán nhãn tài sản cố định, thực hiện kiểm tra định kỳ và kiểm kê tài sản.

• Track and record asset transfers between departments.

Theo dõi và ghi nhận việc điều chuyển tài sản giữa các bộ phận.

• Maintain the hotel’s low-value asset list and conduct inventory checks.

Quản lý danh mục tài sản giá trị thấp của khách sạn và thực hiện kiểm kê định kỳ.

• Assist the Cost Control department in conducting inventory checks for OE (Operating Equipment) and other stock items.

Hỗ trợ bộ phận Cost Control trong việc kiểm kê OE (dụng cụ vận hành) và các loại hàng tồn kho khác.

• Handle owner-related expenses after GOP, including depreciation, amortization, and other related costs.

Theo dõi và xử lý các chi phí liên quan đến Owner sau GOP, bao gồm khấu hao, phân bổ chi phí và các chi phí liên quan khác.

• Maintain effective communication and coordination with the Owner regarding financial and asset-related matters.

Duy trì sự phối hợp và trao đổi hiệu quả với Owner liên quan đến các vấn đề tài chính và tài sản.

• Bachelor degree of Finance with Junior accountant title.
• 2 years related working experience.
• Familiar with enterprise income tax.
• Familiar with assets management.
• Familiar with domestic financial statements.
• Priority to Accounting firm experience.
