JOB SCOPE SUMMARY:

Front desk agent performs check-in/out function for hotel guests, including being an information provider, receiver, diplomat, problem solver, salesperson, hotel representative, public relations agent, coordinator of activities and accountant with the utmost politeness, efficiency and friendliness.

OBJECTIVES:

1. To ensure every guest receives a warm, professional, and efficient service experience from arrival to departure.

2. To act as a knowledgeable hotel representative by providing accurate information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

• Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• 1-2 years of working experience in the same position at Hotels/ Resorts.
• Fluent communication in English.
