Sales Executive

1. Keep daily Sales Activities such as Room show, telesales:

- Room show: Arrange room & do site inspection with guests.

- Booking: confirm booking information & send to reservation team.

- Telesales: Contact guests frequently to update business status & any comments from guests if have and keep relationship with bookers.

- Sales call: Contact with booker to arrange the meeting and visit their offices.

2. Maintain guest profiles, contacts and additional necessary records used in the Sales operation

3. Provide telephone and message support for the department and respond to inquiries in a timely, clear and pleasant manner.

4. Follow up the extension, check-out of long term, mid-term or short-term guests

5. Recording all requests, comment, and complaint….from the resident (booker) about the room condition or facilities& benefits. Then working with related departments resolve the problems

6. Making the contract and list of Documents for Approval with evidences related to documents

7. Control office supplies and collateral inventory for Sales & Marketing Department

8. Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial to finance department.
