Mô tả công việc

1. Responsible for auditing the costs of each department within the Hotel to ensure effectiveness

2. To ensure a system of control to avoid excessive cost by reducing waste and other losses

3. To assist in identifying problems in the F&B operations early so that they can be resolved before they turninto major problems

4. To ensure the establishment of records on a daily basis for both foods issued to the kitchen from the storeroom as well as perishable foods delivered directly to the kitchen

5. To monitor slow moving stock items held in storage and to highlight such on a timely basis

6. To prepare monthly F&B cost reports including reconciliation summarier

7. Other tasks as Chief Accoutant's requests

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum of two (02) years’ experience in Cost Controller

• Computer (Word, Excel...), software, level B or C certificate in English

• Hard work, be honest, active in work as well as ready to work under high pressure.

• Negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Economy, Finance college/University.
