DIRECTOR OF SALES

JOB SUMMARY:

• Manage the Sales Department effectively and efficiently to ensure the highest occupancy level and average rate to be made.

• Responsible for all aspects of Sales areas.

• Carry out marketing strategies and identify prospective accounts/guests

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepare and submit proposals to the Management for all Sales activities plan monthly, yearly, urgently or periodically.

2. Work on Price strategies and policies.

3. Forecast and control on Sales quantities and revenues.

4. Budget and control all ads, promotions, packages and collateral materials.

5. Identify the important and potential accounts based on market trends. Allocate assignments to all Sales members based on targeting markets.

6. Continuously extend the connections and the relationships with various sources in the city through meeting with people. Overseas connections are extremely needed for future marketing & sales plans.

7. Design and provide sufficiently marketing tools to all sales team members to help them perform effectively their job.

8. Work with the Sales Manager/ Marketing Manager to create as much as possible promotional packages, events to promote the hotel name in various channels and to attract more sources of guests.

9. Work on the training program to improve the professional skills of the team.

10. Hold the weekly/monthly meetings with all department members to work out the Sales-results and make decision on changes if required.

11. Work on the monthly accounts’ report to give needed actions to maintain and extend the supports.

12. Design the department’s structure and working system. Give instruction on the department policies.

13. Meet with other department heads on all operating issues relating to the Sales activities.

14. Send weekly, monthly or periodically reports to the General Manager on all concerned upon request.

Tốt nghiệp đại học khối các trường chuyên ngành du lịch, ngoại thương, ngoại ngữ hoặc Kinh tế quốc dân

Có 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Quản lý kinh doanh khách sạn

Tác phong làm việc chuyên nghiệp, nghiêm túc, có tính kỷ luật cao.

Tự tin, năng động, chịu được áp lực công việc.

Có khả năng giải quyết vấn đề, sắp xếp và tổ chức công việc tốt; cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ

Có thể làm việc độc lập và làm việc nhóm tốt
