Mô tả công việc

As a Revenue Analyst, you’ll provide support to Reservations/Revenue Manager in order to drive revenue performance. The role will include sourcing and analyzing data, drawing conclusions and presentation of findings.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education:

Bachelor/diploma degree in Hotel Administration or Business.

2. Service years in the field:

At least 1 year of relevant experience or similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. Previous in experience in revenue/yield/channel management is preferred.

3. Knowledge and skills:

- Excellent skills in MS Office, especially in Excel & PowerPoint

- Proven success in a similar role and environment.

- Empathy towards your customers and colleagues.

- Pride and attention to detail.

- Good analytical, mathematical, organizational and communication (both written & spoken) skills.

4. Language:

Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing).
