Team Leader - Fitness

 Provides exceptional services to guests and internal customers in other department at all time to maintain positive interactions with good working relationships.

 Handles guest and associate enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found.

 Responsible for maintenance/safety in fitness center and supervising exercise program for members and guests.

 Conducts fitness sessions for members and guests in accordance with the activity schedule.

 Works closely with Spa Manager to ensure smooth operation of the fitness center.

 Responsible for day-to-day operation, maintenance, cleanliness and safety in fitness center.

 Ensures that members and guests use the fitness center wearing the correct attire.

 Conducts a daily check of all exercise equipment and records the repairs that are necessary as required by policy and procedures.

 Ensures that there is always a minimum of one instructor on duty in the gym.

 Maintains close contact with guests/members and communicates feedback from them regarding the operation to the Assistant Manager as required.

 Conducts personal training referencing guidelines under Policy and Procedure.

 Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety.

 Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.

- Minimum 2 years work experience as Team Leader Fitness or 3 years as Fitness Attendant.

- Experience in Hospitality is a plus

- English fluently
