- Monitor daily activities
- Regularly report incidents to FOM/Night Manager (if on duty).
- Handle customer complaints and report to management
- Comply with OSM Standards and align with Company Core Values and Behaviors.
Operations:
- Check and communicate messages to Customers.
- Cleaning defect reports is checked and submitted daily.
- Provide friendly, courteous service to customers and respond promptly to all requests and inquiries at all times.
- Resolve customer complaints/requests and liaise with relevant departments to ensure immediate follow-up.
- Check hotel status, room status, function, group, MIP/VIP.
- Effectively handle all guest complaints related to the Front Office in coordination with the Front Office Manager, take corrective action to prevent recurrence, and convert guests into repeat customers. Coordinate appropriate actions with other departments and report in writing via the hotel's task log.
- Perform duties in a manner that respects Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts' core values of Trust, Relationships, Entrepreneurship, and Drive.
- Perform any other reasonable duties (which may not be listed here) as required.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum of one year of experience in the same position.
- Have strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Opera.
- College degree or vocational certificate in hotel management, accommodation services management, or equivalent qualification.
