Executive Assistant Manager

-Assists the General Manager in implementing the brand and hotel strategy in order to meet targets for quality of service, attitude and profitability.

- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel and provide direction, guidance and support to all Operating Departments.

- Ensure that all operational departments are maximizing revenue and profit potentials while minimizing costs.

- In the absence of the General Manager, the EAM is responsible for the entire hotel operations administration.

- Ensure to compliance with corporate focus audit Be an integral part of the business team, attend all scheduled meeting and contribute actively with proper preparation.
