• Coordinate with Housekeeping Attendant and Front Officer in recording guest’s minibar usage, thus, process correct entertaining bills to guests and update into the system.
• Refill in-room minibar amenities on time (before guest arrival or upon request).
• Monitor minibar amenity expired date by specific up-to-date list, report to Supervisor/Manager for returning or replacing when needed.
• Maintain minibar setup in guestroom up to the hotel’s standard.
• Conduct inventory summary on regular basic.
• Deliver and distribute Linens from Laundry to all Floors.
• Collecting dirty Linens from soil linens cart from all Floors to Laundry.
• Support Housekeeping Attendant on any requires in Guestroom such as : adjust Beds , Combine Bed, Baby Cot , Extra Bed , open connecting rooms etc….
• Perform other duties as required by the management.

• Update operation logbook regularly in work shift, handover to the other shift for follow up.
• Assemble reports/records/checklist related to the department operation.
• Perform other administrative documentation as requested.
• Be proactive in self-setting specific goals to develop in professional career.

• Thời gian làm việc: 5 ngày/ tuần, nghỉ 2 ngày linh hoạt
• Thời lượng ca làm việc: 8 tiếng/ ngày (bao gồm 30 phút nghỉ giữa ca)

• At least Vocational diploma in any field
• Honest and Strong health
• Good team work skill and willing to support others
