Mô tả công việc

Ensure service quality, hygiene, professional demeanor, and compliance with the restaurant’s service standards.
Support, guide, and train new staff members during shifts.
Handle customer-related and internal issues promptly and effectively.
Monitor revenue, prepare shift reports, and hand over responsibilities to the next shift.
Coordinate with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth operations and deliver the best customer experience.
