Mô tả công việc

  • Ensure service quality, hygiene, professional demeanor, and compliance with the restaurant’s service standards.
  • Support, guide, and train new staff members during shifts.
  • Handle customer-related and internal issues promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor revenue, prepare shift reports, and hand over responsibilities to the next shift.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth operations and deliver the best customer experience.
