• Processing credit card payments, accepting cash payments and making change.

• Using a point of sale (POS) system for transaction.

• Issuing receipts, change or tickets to customers.

• Maintaining clean and tidy cashier area.

• Maintaining knowledge of the menu and sales policies.

• Helping resolve customer complaints.

• Tracking transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.

• Issuing end of day report, cash remittance.

• Support service team in daily operation.

• Any other duties related to food and beverage service assigned by the manager.
