Mô tả công việc

1. General management of all activities related to finance and accounting/Quản lý chung mọi hoạt động có liên quan đến lĩnh vực tài chính, kế toán

• Prepare document and paper forms in accordance with the provisions of law.

• Make detailed work plans and organize the implementation of tasks of the accounting department.

• Review and approve purchase order before sending it to the General Manager.

• Regularly organize inventory activities of assets and cash flows related to business activities or interests of the enterprise.

• Manage cash flow and do the cash flow forecast on a weekly basis.

• Oversee internal, external, and regulatory audit processes.

• Ensure requirements for economic and financial information security.

2. Create and present financial reports.

• Periodically coordinate with accounting staff; Prepare financial reports summarizing the production and business situation of the enterprise.

• Responsible for verifying all financial reports and ensuring that all transactions are accurate and in compliance with local government regulations.

3. Management and training of accountants.

• Coordinate work for appropriate accountants

• Supervise, inspect, and evaluate employee work efficiency.

• Periodically train, guide and improve professional skills for accountants.

4. Representing the accounting department during daily/annual meetings.

5. Responsible for supporting and liaising with the General Manager in meeting the strategic goals of the organization.

6. Maintain an effective filing system.

7. Follow any other tasks as and when required by the management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Must hold a Chief Accountant Certified qualification.

• Possess good morals and truthful qualities.

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

• Good working knowledge of accounting systems/Software

• Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.

• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times

• Strong managerial and leadership skills and strong result-oriented
