Mô tả công việc
- Leading service team which will include attending customers and overseeing service team to ensure an enjoyable pizza and service experience.
- Regular meetings with kitchen team leaders to ensure coordination between service and kitchen teams.
- Manage all restaurant staff to ensure pizza/service standards are met, including meeting standard operating procedures for restaurant.
- Manage restaurant environment including prompt maintenance of restaurant to ensure ambience, atmosphere and branding meets Pizza & Bia standards.
- Lead response to customer feedback in restaurant, delivery and on social media sites.
- Manage relationship with third party service providers including Food and Beverage suppliers, POS, website and third party deliver drivers.
Managing menus and costs
-Help manage labor, F&B and overheads of the restaurant to ensure they are below set monthly levels.
- Help lead and generate ideas for menu changes, based on customer feedback and ingredient/cost changes, and implement new ideas (including update of costs sheet) once agreed by management.
- Manage update of all menus as menu changes are implemented including in restaurant, on website, social media sites (google and facebook), and third party providers (Grab, Baemin & Shopee).
Management of Marketing & SalesTraining of Team
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly sales and report to management (reporting any variances or issues from that day to management).
- Analyze sales data and come up with revenue increasing ideas for management.
- Generate ideas within team for marketing (or engage third parties for marketing & photography), including regular update of social media sites (Facebook, Google, Trip Advisor) with updated photos and content.
Training of Team
- Train new staff and provide ongoing training to current staff to improve performance and to meet restaurant standard operating procedures.
- Fully understand restaurant standard operating procedures and help update them as changes made.
General Management Reporting
- Work closely with our management team across all lines of business and consult with team members for input on ideas to help form management decisions.
- Report to management on monthly basis to run through P&L, marketing, staffing, training, menu or other management ideas and issues occuring in previous month.
- Assist management with basic book keeping including issuance of red invoices.

- Competitive salary (from 12 - 15 million VND per month dependant on experience)
- 13th month salary
- 6 day week (1 day off per week)
Yêu cầu công việc
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Preference for candidates with restaurant/hospitality experience (1-2 years) but open to all candidates who meet following skills and values criteria.
- Skills and values: Positive leader, skills in problem solving, organised, ability to work under pressure, honest, friendly and proactive.
