Mô tả công việc

Prepare correspondence, reports and materials for DOFB
Prepare and mail checks
Arranging meeting, taking minutes and keeping notes
Liaising with members of staff in other departments or external contacts
Maintain and control F & B Service Staff Duty Roster weekly, Compensation Leave Report per month to Human Resource
Answer telephone and give information to caller (such as Cooking Class Program, Promotion Packages), take messages or transfer calls to appropriate individuals, confirm reservation or booking from the guests
Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipments suppliers by Purchasing Status
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and printing
Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
Co-ordinate project based work such as promotion packages, handle the guest’s inquires and direct them to the appropriate person according to their needs.
Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet
Make monthly Report to General Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Hospitality/Tourism Management,... or a related field.

- 1-2 years of experience

- Proficiency in English.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.

- Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills with high regard for detail and accuracy, administrative and interpersonal skills.
