• To oversee and direct all aspects regarding the cost control of Food and Beverage and Operational Supplies Cost.

• To study, analyst and report all variances relating to costs and inventory management within the hotel.

• To work collaboratively with various department head, assess vendor relationships, and maximize profitability

- Full contribution of SI, HI and UI on basic salary

- Active, balance and professional working environment

- Productivity focus not time attendance

- 12 days of annual leave

- Fun and playful internal activities

• Experience in Material Control and Point of Sales system

• Knowledge in costing of food and beverage operation

• Familiar with internal systems and procedures

• Have basic accounting knowledge and understand hotel structure and operations

• Ability to coordinate with relevant department

• Articulate

• Language: Good command in oral and written English

• Motivator and self starter
