Mô tả công việc

Building relationship:

+ Coordinate with other business departments to ensure proper work coordination, mutual support and no duplication.

+ Build and maintain relationships with current and potential agents to ensure a long-term booking source. Organize sales calls, meetings, FAM trips, fairs..

+ Finding and building new relationships and cooperation opportunities in the market to expand customer base and achieve revenue goals

+ Manage and develop relationships with stakeholders (inside and outside the company)

+ Provide accurate, complete and effective revenue for event management.

Business analysis:

+ Implement business activities based on general knowledge of the market – competitor strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand...

+ Select the most reasonable business opportunities based on market conditions and destination requirements.

+ Serve customers based on operating methods and requirements to make appropriate choices.

Sales Activities:

+ Participate in sales calls with the sales department to close the deal or find new opportunities

+ Deploy and support operational processes as required (eg: Writing proposals, drafting contracts, answering customers).

Customer service:

+ Support to upgrade service quality and customer relations, increase the number of loyal customers by providing services throughout the customer experience journey

+ Support customers to boost revenue and increase market share.

+ Build positive relationships with customers.

+ Apply, deploy and provide service quality in accordance with the company's regulations and standards.

+ Communicate with customers to collect feedback on product and service quality.
