Job Title: Room Attendant

Department: Housekeeping

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards
• Make beds, replace linens and towels, and restock amenities
• Clean bathrooms and all in-room furniture and fixtures
• Empty trash, wash glasses, vacuum floors, and dust surfaces
• Report damages, maintenance issues, or missing items to the supervisor
• Handle guest requests such as turndown, shoe cleaning, etc.
• Check minibar and room condition during guest check-out
• Ensure trolleys and cleaning tools are ready before shift
• Return room keys and complete daily reports after each shift
• Assist with guest laundry, lost & found, and room moves when required
• Follow safety, hygiene, and hotel security procedures
• Cooperate with other departments to handle guest incidents or emergencies
• Attend training sessions and departmental meetings as needed
• Perform other duties assigned by the Executive Housekeeper

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and hygiene standards
• Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Honest, responsible, and able to work independently
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Team player with a positive and professional demeanor
