Mô tả công việc

- Manage and maintain the smooth operation of Hotel Lobby.

- Ensures that all associates follow the Hotel standards and provide exceptional guest service at all times.

- Cooperate, coordinate and communicate with other Hotel departments as required.

- Handles all guest complaints and inquiries on hotel service in a courteous and efficient manner.

- In charge as Duty Manager when needed.

- Work 8h/day shift, 6 days off monthly

Yêu cầu công việc

- Hospitality Management/ University Degree

- At least 3 years experience at same position

- Lifestyle and luxury hotel background

- English proficiency, 3rd language is a plus

- Dynamic leadership and engaging personality
