Mô tả công việc

1. To welcome & check-in all guests according to established procedures

2. To provide information & assistance to all guests

3. To assign rooms & prepare Key card and folders for all arriving guests & groups

4. To handle all key card, email, facsimiles, messages & other special request for guests.

5. To keep the Front Office & Reception Counter clean at all times.

6. To remain the Reception Counter & to answer all incoming calls.

7. To attend to guest complaints promptly & then report to Guest relations officer or Assistant Manager for follow up .

8. to provide courteous & efficient service and if possible to comply with each & every guest's request.

9. Perform other duties assigned by the FOM.
