Mô tả công việc

Develop and set up the sales systems and account handling processes for new property.
Develop, present and execute a sales strategy that launches the property with a high ADR orientation, introductory sales promotions and eventually a gradual increase in ADR and thus revenue to meet and exceed opening year expectations.
Utilize the results of the STORM process already undertaken with our Brand Identity Agency Quo for the positioning of the property within the market.
Prepare, implement and compile data for the strategic sales plan, monthly reporting, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as directed/required
Work with Finance and team in preparation and management of the department’s budget and financial forecasts
Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for the department

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Offices and reporting
Excellent interpersonal, communication (Vietnamese and English, written and spoken) and organizational skills
Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
Strong ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Persuasive : able to adapt his/her message according to the audience
Time management : strong planning and organization skill
