Mô tả công việc

- Responsible for administrative services for banquet handles reservations and arrangement of functions.

- Makes arrangement for sales calls. Conducts the site inspection for potential accounts.

- Assists with typing of the Banquet and Sales correspondence, i.e. answering mail, confirming banquet arrangements, menus, BEO, FP, memos etc. Prepares the initial proposal for the function & follow-up.

- Work with management and other heads of departments at all times and assist in carrying out special requirements and duties necessary in adding to the guests general comfort and well being. Closely co-ordinates with related departments for function details changes, such as Banquet Service, Kitchen, Beverage, Stewarding and etc.

- Checks the function organizer for the feedback and reports.

- Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals.

- Maintains the entire sales correspondence data base. Update daily sales report and revenue projection on a daily bases; catering and banquets calendar.

- Other duties may be assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ PR/ Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management,or related major;

- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or Banquet coordinator major hotel or similar role

- Proficient in MS Office.

- Highly proficient in spoken and written English. Other language knowledge is an advantage.
