Mô tả công việc

• Oversee the implementation of laundry standards and procedures

• Recommended changes to these standards and training needs on an ongoing basis

• Maintain a current and thorough knowledge of all laundry systems

• Open and close the shift and ensure effective shift hand over

• Perform quality inspections

• Priorities VIP or difficult guests

• Liaise with Housekeeping for guest and hotel requirements

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 3 years relevant experience, with 1 year supervisory level

• Good English language skills

• Knowledge in computer skills and MS Office Applications

• Must have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Must have a good understanding and working knowledge of garment and supplies technique/ laundry equipment
