• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging services

• Welcome all guests to all the facility and ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience

• Children’s physical, emotional and social needs are met in a safe, caring and supportive environment.

• The best interests of the child are the main concern

• Kids Club provides care in a way that, protects the child from harm, respects the child's dignity and privacy, promotes the child's wellbeing and provides positive experiences to the child

• Kids Club provides different programs / activities, which incorporate the implication of all departments, and natural resources (layout, environment, nature, sporting, etc.)

• Diversify the choice of experience accordingly to the age

• Children, parents, Staff and relevant colleagues are treated with respect and their feedback in terms of having a proper operation of Kids Club are considered and valued.

• Kids Club encourages and welcomes open discussion with all on all issues relevant to Kids Club’s operation.

• Ensure parents and kids are aware of all recreational services and activities available

• Complete knowledge of Movenpick policies and procedures

• Responds to the guest request and immediately handle problems and complaints about kids, sports and recreation activities

• Knowledge of attractive excursion of Phu Quoc to inform the guest

• Encourage children to participate in our recreational / creative / physical and playful activity program.

• Use consistent & adapted behaviour management strategies that support the reputation and spirit of the kid’s club and ensure that all children receive consistent high standard experience.

• Provide all children with a safe & secure environment. As well as for the Staff

• Promote the value of play and recreational activities

• Encourage children to be responsible and show respect to others

• Help children enhance their life skills, their interest through appropriate activities

• Staff employment and training procedures are used to ensure that Kids Club employs are suitable and qualified persons.

• Staff are directed to ensure that, when setting up for all activities, there is a safe physical environment

• Children are actively supervised by the min requirement of Staffing ratio relative to the situation) to ensure that they are protected from harm caused by: physical injury, or harassment and other non-physical harm to the child, whether caused by other children, Staff, parents of other children or any other person

• Staff will supervise all areas available to children

• Parents will be provided disclaimer forms for signature and parental permission will be obtained for children to be photographed by Staff of Kids Club. Photographs will be for service use only.

• Staff will instruct the children to inform them when going to the toilet during the activities and will ensure that:

• The children will go in two’s when going to the toilet, during activities or when away from the Kids Club – supervised by Staff.

• Staff check that the children have returned to play after 3 to 5 minutes. If the children have not returned the Staff member will inform Management, who will check on their safety. For any loss Kid as to not alarm panic around guests, the Key word would be: “Finding Nemo” for other Ambassadors and Management to search.

Yêu cầu công việc

• A diploma or a vocational training in a kindergarten / children care related field. Good English language skills

• Previous similar work experiences.

• Good English language skills

• Good organizational skills

• Positive approach to customer service

• Ability to cope with pressure

• Activities or sport skills

• Lifeguard rescue skill

• Babysitting certification Strong resistance
