Mô tả công việc

Contribute to the Guest’s Total Satisfaction and food revenue achievement of the hotel.
Responsible for the maintenance of all equipments and materials in his work area.
Control the hygiene in his work areas, equipments and materials.
Check the consumption of the ordered goods.
Control the cost of his production.
Maintain the food cost mentioned by the Executive Chef.
Develop positive attitude on his/her workstation as job skills, knowledge and creativity of the staff.
Provide them the basis of working knowledge of Pastry in a kitchen in order to increase their qualification and culinary knowledge.
Respect the needs and individuality of the staff
Develop their self-confidence
Training of the staff in bakery skills
Control the daily operation of the workstation.
Develop kitchen staffs’ skills on delegation.
Work and communicate closely with the Executive and Sous Chef

At least 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or equivalent at five star Luxury Brands
Experience in fine dining environment, healthy and vegetarian food and Patissery
Extremely creative with strong service skills and demonstrated ability to energize a diverse team of culinary professionals
Effective Leadership & Time Management skills
