Golf Equipment, Workshop Manager

1. Ensure preventative maintenance program are carried out in accordance with company established schedules and manufacturer recommendations and monitor post-repair performance.

2. Inspects, adjusts, diagnoses and repairs mechanical defects in many types of golf course maintenance equipment. Places orders for parts/ supplies as needed for equipment or service and tracks expense and inventories for budget purpose.

3. Manage maintenance schedules to ensure optimum golf equipment performance to meet operational needs. Ensures that all maintenance works and paper work comply with machines manufactory’s warranty

4. Develop, implement and enforce equipment management best practices, policies and procedures.

5. Coordinate administer and monitor transportation, logistics, maintenance, repair and replacement of equipment.

6. Regular review and update equipment related records, including maintaining records of road and insurance permits and coordinate renewals timely to comply with the local government regulations (if any)

7. Make sure all blade component is maintained at good condition include grinding, sharpening and adjustment.

8. Perform monthly safety inspections of all equipment and report any discrepancies to the appropriate superior for immediate rectification.

9. Training staffs to strengthen capacity for effective maintenance and operation. Maintain washing area always clean and tidy. Take responsibility to make sure that equipment is washed as vendor’s recommendation.

10. Maintain workshop area to present in a clean and organized way, with appropriate storage areas. Participates, and co-ordinates staff training on maintaining and safe practices of machinery operations

11. Report any breach of internal controls, policies and procedures to the superior for immediate actions

12. Maintains skills in the use of a wide variety of equipment repair tools and in the making of various types of mechanical repairs.

13. Assures that effective orientation and training are given to each new associate
