Mô tả công việc

Responsible for the operation and effectiveness of international (inbound) and high-end (high-budget) customer groups creating synergy between units: Novotel Ha Long Bay, Legacy Yen Tu, Yen Tu Village, Cable car and experience activities in Yen Tu.
Manage and develop a team from 2 members for the assigned market segment.
Maintain and develop relationships with DMC, TA, event companies, existing businesses (international guests and high-end customer segments as described above). Also develop new relationships, coordinate and promote business from partnership programs.
Together with the marketing team, manage and improve the market mix of all relevant entities (as outlined above).
Assistant to Director of Sales (cluster ADOS SG) together with Sales Director (cluster DOS SG) propose sales strategies for Novotel Ha Long Bay, Legacy Yen Tu, Yen Tu Village (hostel) and other units in destination Yen Tu.
The position of ADOS SG will work in the sales department in Saigon, maximizing and exceeding the KPIs of the sales department in general and the southern sales department in particular.

Senior Sales role experience with 5 stars Hotel and above properties required.
Excellent communication in Vietnamese and English, both oral and written.
Computer literacy.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Empathetic leader with capacity to build emotional connection with the team.
