MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

Cài đặt và cấu hình phần cứng máy tính, phần mềm, hệ thống, mạng, máy in và máy quét

2. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

Theo dõi và bảo dưỡng hệ thống máy tính và mạng

3. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

Xử lý kịp thời các vấn đề và yêu cầu dịch vụ

4. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

Cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho toàn công ty (có thể hỗ trợ xử lý trực tiếp hoặc qua điện thoại)

5. Setting up accounts for new users

Thiết lập tài khoản cho người sử dụng mới

6. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

Sữa chữa và thay thế thiết bị khi cần thiết

7. Testing new technology

Thử nghiệm công nghệ mới

8. Possibly training more junior staff members

Có thể đào tạo nhân viên cấp dưới

9. Apply system upgrades and review system configuration (post upgrading) to ensure all setting are align with standards setting requirement

Thực hiện nâng cấp hệ thống và xem xét cấu hình hệ thống (sau nâng cấp) để đảm bảo tất cả các thiết lập đểu phù hợp với yêu cầu thiết lập tiêu chuẩn

10. Assist IT Manager to perform periodic access audits and take immediate corrective action as necessary.
