Coordinate the work of the catering team

Assign tasks to service staff, perform restaurant and bar cleaning tasks, prepare – clean items, tools, set up tables ... at the area in charge before opening for service.
Supervise the cleaning, preparation and set-up process of employees – ensuring that the restaurant's service quality standards are met.
In the process of serving guests, assign – dispatch waitresses to perform tasks, ensure diners are served quickly – promptly and still ensure the best service quality.
Monitor the attitude and working spirit of the service staff in charge for timely reminders and adjustments.
Assign employees to perform cleaning, cleaning ... at the end of the shift.
Mobilize staff to support work for other departments and areas when required.
How to correctly calculate the number of available rooms in the hotel

Handling requests – situations that arise

Provide solutions to guest requests so employees know how to respond.
Support to handle situations arising beyond the ability of the waitress – ensuring not to affect the reputation and image of the restaurant or hotel.
Report and seek guidance from superiors with issues outside their competence to solve.
Training and professional guidance for new employees
Directly or assign professional guidance to new service personnel.
Disseminate regulations, regulations and service quality standards of the restaurant for new employees to understand.
Check the work of new employees, for support – adjustments.

Education: At least Intermediate/College with a specialization in Hospitality, Management or other related professions.
Experience from 01 year in an equivalent position in a standard 4-5* restaurant/bar in a hotel environment
Agility, honesty, effective communication skills, willingness to work in shifts, overtime.
Ability to communicate in English
Skilled in handling situations, under high pressure;
Basic level of informatics.
