Mô tả công việc

- Oversee the entire operation of the hotel to ensure the quality standards of service are met and that optimum service is provided to all hotel guests.

- Establishes goals and objectives as per the company’s business plan format.

- Implements hotel policies and procedures based on corporate issued operating standards of operations to accomplish the set goal and objectives of the hotel.

- executives the annual Business- and Marketing plan including profit budgets in a professional and timely manner

- Sets and controls action plans to maximize profitability and productivity of the hotel.

- Manages and controls costs and expenses according to the uniform system of accounting.

- Creates positive working environment in and between hotels, communities and business partners.

- Ensure the quality of hotel personnel through proper supervision and communication with hotel. Department Heads, following up closely with all training and career development programs. Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships among all departments.

- Responsible for the quality of hotel services.

- Operating in line with policies and regulations of La Sinfonía Del Rey Hotel & Spa

Yêu cầu công việc

• Fluent English skills, and a second foreign language is an advantage (better if it meets the hotel’s requirements, particulary Korean, Japanese, Chinese, French…).

• 3-year experiences in a similar position in hotels with same category

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate the finest expression of service.

• Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to interact closely with guests, staff and management team.

• Strong leadership, supervision and management skills.

• Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic and high pressure environment.
