Mô tả công việc

1. Being responsible for managing and supervising the slot attendants and other staff members assigned to the slot floor.

2. Coordinating with the maintenance team to promptly address any technical issues or malfunctions.

3. Providing excellent customer service, ensuring that customers are assisted promptly and courteously

4. Monitoring the performance of slot machines, analyzing data to identify trends, popular games, and areas for improvement.

5. Ensuring that all slot operations comply with gaming regulations and internal policies.

6. Monitoring financial transactions, including cash handling, ticket redemption, and jackpot payouts

7. Playing a role in training new staff members, providing ongoing training to existing employees, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and development within the slot department.

8. Performing all related duties as requested.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Có kỹ năng nghiệp vụ tốt/Good skills follow up position;
