Mô tả công việc

- Set a recruitment plan

Make a recruitment plan based on practical proposals. Information on candidate quality plans, recruitment methods, recruitment costs...

Reconfirm with departments that have recruitment requirements via text/email

Submit the recruitment plan to the management/director for review, adjustment and approval.

- Implement recruitment plan

Select a recruitment channel and post a job advertisement

Receipt and screening of candidate applications

Contact qualified candidates to inform the interview plan (time, place, interviewer ...)

Contact manager to confirm interview schedule; organize interviews.

Negotiate, negotiate on remuneration, working conditions with successful candidates

- 2 years in a similar position in large hotels or international companies
