Mô tả công việc
- Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies, procedures, and regulations aligned with the company’s strategy and goals.
- Manage all HR functions including Recruitment, Training, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and Organizational Development.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and develop the workforce to meet business demands.
- Advise Management Board on HR management and labor law compliance.
- Supervise the implementation of Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance policies as per local regulations.
- Lead internal engagement and corporate culture development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and perform other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR Manager position, preferably in hospitality, services, F&B, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Labor Law and social insurance regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
